Despite the market being so competitive (and so, many short notice or negative replies to offers), he put forward the effort in each location we were interested in, as to ensure the best "picture" possible.Chad Behnken is a superb Realtor, and we would highly recommend!

    Chad was great to work with; he bore with us through a long search process and helped us try to find a home that matched our checklist even though our budget was low for what we were looking for. He looked for what was best for us rather than what would be most profitable for him - even to the point of suggesting we postpone our search for a few months until we could increase our income!In the end, the house we got was just what we wanted, and Chad was helpful even in the process of getting it fixed up. I've gone back to him multiple times for recommendations for contractors and vendors because I trust his experience and judgment.

    Chad is a GREAT realtor and better person. Ultimately, he sold our home in 9 hours, "as is"...above asking price. As a military family stationed out of state, we needed someone who would commit to us and our property. Chad exceeded every expectation! He cleared his schedule to meet with us when we could fly in to assess the home and coordinate work. He recommended and in many cases, scheduled work with outstanding contractors to get the home ready for sale. He followed through on every detail and left no stone unturned.     If we could give Chad ten out of five stars I would. There was not a single time in nine months of house hunting that he did not go above and beyond to accommodate our needs for an out-of-state home purchase. His communication was excellent, he orchestrated all the inspections and on-site needs we could not be available, and he was the perfect balance of personable and professional. He obviously holds himself and his colleagues to the highest standard, and you will not find a friendlier or more helpful realtor. There is not a better realtor in Colorado Springs!
